Grants Program

Initially conceived in 2010, the AHS Grants Program has awarded funds to more than 240 projects totaling over $275,000 during the last 14 years of the program. The AHS is proud to have a grants program that supports our members through new music commissions, educational initiatives, chapter programming, or other endeavors that benefit our community of harpists! Grant recipients have been AHS chapters, individual AHS members, and other non-profit organizations that have affiliations and common goals with the Society.

The American Harp Society Grants Program will offer a single round of grants in the 2025-2026 fiscal year, with an application deadline of March 15, 2026.  Grantees will be notified of awards by May 1, 2026.

If you have an update about a past grant award, or if you simply want to tell us that you find the AHS Grants Program to be valuable, please send the grants committee an email
