The Chapter Ambassadors program promotes student engagement at the chapter and national levels, creating service and community building opportunities for students. The program strives to build partnerships that increase access to the harp, strengthen connections to chapters, encourage student mentoring at the chapter level, and foster future leadership potential for the Society. Funding supports Ambassador participation in the upcoming national event.
Chapter and applicant guidelines for the Chapter Ambassadors program are available for download here; If you have questions, see this additional helpful information for chapters and applicants. The application is open online, with a submission deadline of February 1, 2026. An application preview is available for download here.
Accepted Chapter Ambassadors are expected to attend the full duration of the national event. If travel plans require arriving slightly later or departing slightly early on partial days, please notify us in advance.
Note for 2026: Recognizing that One Harp World is a longer, unique event, 2026 Chapter Ambassadors may be excused from attending the full event if scheduling or financial constraints prevent full participation. In such cases, each Chapter Ambassador is expected to be present for 3 days of One Harp World. Special registration instructions will be provided upon selection.
