The 19th American Harp Society National Competition will be held during the 9th AHS Summer Institute June 19-23, 2011 at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. The competition is open to harpists up to the age of 30 who are national members of the American Harp Society and who are United States citizens or who are citizens of the Americas.  Finalists are chosen by a recorded preliminary round and are notified 30 days prior to the start of the competition. Finalists will compete in person.

There are monetary awards for winners in all divisions of the competition.

Intermediate I Division

A non-refundable entry fee of $40 will be charged in each Division. All entry forms and CD’s must be received by April 17, 2011. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
